I am exactly also working on bridging the gap between my work on generative-models and Blender as a visualization/exploration tool, lot of potential there.

Regarding Sketch-RNN I have some scripts in my repo: https://github.com/5agado/data-science-learning/blob/master/graphics/blender/sketch_rnn.py

They are pretty rough, and mostly about extracting and transforming the data for Blender.
